ASSISTANT TO OWNER
Allive Agency seeks a highly motivated and qualified agent assistant to the owner.
You are: Self - starting, organized, efficient, extremely detail oriented and able to work effectively without supervision. You possess a critical degree of accuracy regarding data entry and analysis; good interpersonal and organizational skills; the ability to prioritize work and to perform multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and have great problem-solving and analytical skills. You have at least some experience with performance contracts and deal structures.
This is an administrative position, not a creative one. We're not looking for aspiring artists or producers unless you're even better at contracts, maintaining calendars and spreadsheets than music.
Requirements: Proficient in G Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Google Sheets and/or Excel. Photoshop, Mailchimp, Hubspot CRM, Slack and Project Management Software are pluses. Laptop, high speed internet access and smartphone required.
Primary Responsibilities include:
Drafting contracts from promoter/venue offers
Updating ticket counts & history
Tracking deposits and payments/invoicing
Assistance with email and social marketing
Other duties as assigned
15 - 20 hrs. per week with potential for growth to full time. Prior live music industry experience required. If your live music experience is not on your resume, you will not be considered. Work will be mostly remote, but candidates must be located in the Los Angeles area and commit to a minimum of one day/evening per week on site in Hollywood. TOUR MARKETING SPECIALIST

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have the ability to strategize and implement effective, targeted social media campaigns that drive ticket sales across genres and experience liaising with college and commercial radio stations on promotions and giveaways, servicing local and national publications in the US with quality content.
