You are...
Self-motivated, passionate about music and an aggressive agent
Able to work effectively without supervision
What you possess...
A minimum of three years of music booking experience
Thick Skin and the ability to thrive under pressure
Existing roster preferred
Ability to build rapport and relationships with national and international buyers
Knowledge of common venue/promoter deals
Excellent written and oral communication
Ability to prioritize, multi-task, adhere to deadlines, and have excellent problem-solving skills
Desire to learn, improve, and exceed performance goals
Interest in urban leaning genres preferred
General Requirements/Knowledge…
Required - G-Suite, & Microsoft Office
Preferred - Hubspot, Project Management Software like Monday.com, Asana, Basecamp etc.
Must have a laptop, High Speed Internet, Smartphone
